Flexible Policy
Full refund 24 hours prior to arrival
Full refund: Get back 100% of what you paid if you cancel at least 24 hours before the listing's local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
Partial refund: If you cancel less than 24 hours before check-in, the first night is non-refundable, but the remaining nights will be 100% refunded.
During stay: If you decide to leave early after checking in, the nights you spent plus one additional night are non-refundable.
Moderate Policy
Full refund 5 days prior to arrival
Full refund: Get back 100% of what you paid if you cancel at least 5 full days before the listing's local check-in time.
Partial refund: If you cancel less than 5 days in advance, the first night plus 50% of all remaining nights are non-refundable.
During stay: If you decide to leave early, the nights you spent plus one additional night are non-refundable, and you'll get 50% of the remaining nights back.
